Is it permissible to translate the names and attributes of Allah into other languages, such as English and Kurdish, and is it permissible to swear by these translated names?

For the translation of the meanings of Allah's Names and Attributes to be permissible, it is stipulated that the translator must be knowledgeable in both Arabic and the target language, trustworthy in their conveyance, and adherent to the creed of Ahlus-Sunnah wal-Jama'ah. An oath is valid with any of Allah's Names and Attributes in any language if the one swearing intends thereby the Lord, the Mighty and Majestic, and expiation becomes due upon breaking it. It is recommended for a Muslim who does not master Arabic to use the word "Allah" when mentioning Allah, the Mighty and Majestic. As for one who does master it, they must adhere to the Names and Attributes in the Arabic language when supplicating and swearing oaths.
