Is it true that the Holy Qur’an can be a remedy for physical ailments, and does Allah’s saying: "and a healing for what is in the breasts" refer to this matter, and what is the ruling on one who denies that there is healing for the body in the Qur’an and only acknowledges spiritual healing?

The Quran is a healing for hearts and bodies, as evidenced by the divine texts, the experiences of the righteous, and the reality of people, and this is the view of the majority of scholars. Among the proofs for this are the words of Allah the Almighty: {And We send down of the Quran that which is a healing and a mercy for the believers}, and His saying: {O mankind, there has come to you an admonition from your Lord and a healing for what is in the breasts}. Furthermore, the hadith of Abu Sa'id al-Khudri confirms that Al-Fatihah is a Ruqyah by which Allah healed a sick person. The opinion held by some scholars that the Quran is a healing only for hearts is a weak view that should not be given attention.
