Is the urine of the Prophet (PBUH) pure by the consensus of scholars, and is he who says otherwise to be declared an innovator?

The one issuing the fatwa believes that the aforementioned Shaykh exaggerated and went to extremes in declaring as an innovator anyone who holds the view that the urine of the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, is not pure. He emphasized that there is no consensus on the purity of the Prophet's urine and blood, peace and blessings be upon him; rather, the jurists have transmitted the اختلاف (disagreement) among scholars on this matter. He supported his view by citing An-Nawawi in "Al-Majmuʿ," who mentioned two opinions regarding the ruling on the Prophet's urine and blood, and that the correct view according to the majority of scholars is their impurity. He concluded by stating that holding the view of the impurity of these bodily excretions does not constitute a diminishment of the Prophet's status, peace and blessings be upon him.
