Why will the number of women be greater than the number of men in Hell?

The majority of the inhabitants of Hellfire are women. The Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, was asked about the reason for this, and he explained that it is due to their ingratitude towards their husbands and kindness, their frequent cursing and complaining, and the deficiency in their intellect and religion. The Messenger, peace and blessings be upon him, advised women to give charity to avoid this. Believing women must perform righteous deeds and abstain from polytheism.
