Are prayer, fasting, and zakat sufficient to please Allah?

Good deeds, such as prayer and zakat, are a means of earning great reward, Allah's pleasure, and entering Paradise, as mentioned in Surah Al-Bayyinah and Surah Al-Baqarah. However, a servant may be obligated to perform other actions and forbidden from certain things. If one neglects obligations or commits forbidden acts, they may incur Allah's wrath. It is obligatory to be diligent in all acts of obedience and to shun all prohibitions.
