The answer

The wife must advise her husband who abandons prayer and fasting and consumes alcohol, reminding him that abandoning prayer is an act of disbelief that expels one from the faith, according to the preponderant opinion. If he insists on this, then it is not permissible for her to remain with him, and she must separate from him; because it is not permissible for a Muslim woman to remain married to someone who has demolished the pillars of Islam.

Sheikh Ibn ‘Uthaymeen was asked about the ruling on a woman remaining married to a husband who does not pray, and he replied that the marriage is not valid because one who abandons prayer is a disbeliever, and a Muslim woman is not lawful for a disbeliever. If the abandonment of prayer occurs after the marriage contract, the marriage is annulled unless he repents.

As for the fast, it is not waived for the wife except for a legitimate excuse. It is not permissible for her to prepare food for them at the time when fasting is obligatory upon them; because that is cooperation in sin. The wife is advised to separate from her husband if she fails to reform him.
