Is it permissible to write with a finger on the top of the foot for protection against sorcery, with the intention of "Allah is the best Guardian" or Quranic verses, and is there any disrespect in that?

The Muslim nation has unanimously agreed on the obligation to revere, sanctify, and protect the Quran. Scholars have prohibited writing it in a place that exposes it to disrespect and being trodden upon. Therefore, it is not permissible to write it on the feet. As for tracing with a dry finger on the leg, there is no harm in it due to the absence of actual writing. However, it is better to do without that by reciting the Mu'awwidhat (Surahs Al-Falaq and An-Nas), as they suffice a servant from everything.
