What is the method for fortifying a person with supplication against the evil eye, and what are the specific supplications for that?

The evil eye is real. It is prescribed to seek refuge from it using the Mu'awwidhat (Surahs Al-Falaq and An-Nas), just as the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, prayed for Al-Hasan and Al-Husayn: "I seek refuge for both of you in the perfect words of Allah from every devil and harmful creature, and from every evil eye." It is best for a person to maintain their own protective recitations, such as the Mu'awwidhat and Surah Al-Ikhlas, due to their virtue in providing protection. If someone else supplicates for them, that will benefit them, Allah willing, and falls under the category of supplicating for a Muslim in their absence.
