What is the ruling on the monthly amount paid by an employee for mandatory health insurance in a public company that, in turn, pays a larger amount to the insurance company?

Commercial insurance is impermissible to subscribe to voluntarily. However, one who is compelled is excused, and the sin falls upon the one who compels. Nevertheless, the subscriber is not allowed to benefit beyond what he contributed. If the employer pays a portion of the subscription, the employee is permitted to take the total amount that the company paid to the insurance provider. As for any amount exceeding that, it must be given to the poor and needy to dispose of the unlawful gain.
