Who said the verse: "Repeat the mention of Nu'man for us, for his mention is musk, diffusing fragrance whenever repeated"?

This verse is from a poem by Muhyar ibn Maradawayh, Abu al-Hasan al-Daylami, which begins: "They say on the day of separation, your eye sheds tears; let an eye that knows whom it will bid farewell tomorrow weep." The diwan's narration of the verse is: "Repeat the mention of Nu'man, repeat it, for his mention is like perfume; the more you repeat it, the more fragrant it becomes." It is preceded by two verses: "And without the splitting of the union, if they were to hear it, the groan of the heart's pebble would split from it. If my heart finds peace, accuse it and say to it, 'With whom are you infatuated after the 'Amiriyah?' Are the dreams of slumber compliant, that they may gladden it? We stayed up, so ask the beautiful one if you hear."
