Was the Messenger (peace and blessings be upon him) born an orphan, and was he among the heedless, as mentioned in His saying, the Most High, "you were of the heedless"?

The Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) lived as an orphan in a pre-Islamic ignorant society, yet he was given signs of prophethood from his birth. The " heedlessness" mentioned in Allah's saying, "And indeed, you were before it among those unaware," means his lack of knowledge about the story of Joseph and the like. This is because he was illiterate, neither writing nor reading, and he had no knowledge of revelation, faith, or the stories of the prophets before the Quran was revealed to him.
