What are the supplications and methods that help in controlling anger, cursing, and the accumulation of tasks? And is it permissible for a husband to physically harm his wife or divorce her while she is doing her utmost to adhere to Allah's law under the aforementioned circumstances?

First, we congratulate you on embracing Islam and ask Allah to grant you steadfastness.

Second, menstruation is a matter decreed by Allah, and a menstruating woman must exercise patience and guard her tongue from what Allah has forbidden, such as cursing and reviling.

Third, the husband should consider his wife's feelings, appreciate her suffering, be patient with her, overlook her mistakes, and avoid hasty punishment or separation, because marital life is built on continuity.

Fourth, it is not permissible for a husband to physically harm his wife except when other means of reform (admonition and boycotting) have failed. In such cases, the beating must be non-violent, intended for deterrence and discipline, not for harm.

Fifth, the husband should be an aid to his wife in obeying Allah by providing means for beneficial knowledge. If the husband falls short, the wife can seek knowledge on her own.

Sixth, the remedy for anger, cursing, and the feeling of accumulating tasks is:

1. Seeking refuge with Allah from the accursed Satan when angry.

2. Changing one's posture (from standing to sitting, or to lying down) when angry.

3. Feeling the reward of patience, forbearance, and suppressing rage.

4. Realizing that anger and cursing are not beneficial; rather, they increase distress, and success comes from being close to Allah.

5. Organizing time and accomplishing tasks promptly to avoid their accumulation.

6. Adopting the remembrance (dhikr) that the Prophet (peace be upon him) guided his daughter Fatimah to when she complained about the burden of work, which is tasbih (subhan Allah), tahmid (alhamdulillah), and takbir (Allahu akbar) before sleeping (33 tasbihs, 33 tahmids, 34 takbirs), as this helps strengthen the body and facilitates matters.
