Is it permissible to write "Made in Turkey" on products assembled in Turkey with parts imported from China?

People differentiate between manufacturing and assembly, and they consider this difference in price. Industrial companies differentiate between the place of assembly and the place of manufacturing. If a product is manufactured in China and assembled in Turkey, then writing "Made in Turkey" on it is considered a lie and deceit. Therefore, one must be truthful in trade, for "truthfulness leads to righteousness, and righteousness leads to Paradise," and truthfulness in buying and selling is a cause for blessings.
