What is the best time to recite the Qur’anic surahs (such as As-Sajdah and Al-Mulk) every night, and did the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, specify a certain time for that, and what is the concept of "night" in Islam?

The Noble Messenger desired to recite the Quran, and he desired to recite specific surahs and verses, among them Surah Tabarak, which intercedes for its reciter until he is forgiven. The Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, would not sleep until he recited Surahs As-Sajdah and Tabarak, and their time is before sleep every night. In Islam, the night begins at sunset and continues until dawn. One should be cautious not to waste time watching forbidden movies.
