What is the ruling on opening video game arcades and the like, and the money earned from them?

Foosball games are forbidden in Islamic law for several reasons:

1. They waste time and compromise religious and worldly interests. 2. They contain statues and images, and manufacturing or possessing these is among the major sins. 3. Paying rent for them is extravagance and a waste of money; renting the game is a void contract, and the owner's earnings from it are ill-gotten and forbidden gambling.
