What is the ruling on owning an arcade that contains games played for gambling and in which music is played?

It is forbidden to open a gaming arcade if it leads to abandoning prayers, or engaging in gambling, or the inability to prevent these forbidden acts; because that is considered aiding in disobedience, which is prohibited by Islamic law. Similarly, it is forbidden to create a "lucky draw box" or anything similar, due to the elements of uncertainty (Jahalah), deception (Gharar), and gambling (Maysir) involved.
