If the specifications of the bracelets are defined, then there is no harm in this transaction. Subsequent instances after the first time are considered a lease for a permissible act, while the first time is a contract of istisna' (manufacturing order) that is permissible under its conditions, as you own the raw materials from which the bracelets were made in exchange for a portion of the amount paid the first time. There is no harm in the subscription and membership fee as long as it is by mutual consent, nor in the tax, whether it is permissible or forbidden, for its sin is upon those who imposed it.
