What is meant by the phrase: "O Allah, Lord of this perfect call and the standing prayer, grant Muhammad Al-Waseelah and Al-Fadeelah, and raise him, O Allah, to the praised station which You promised him, for You do not break Your promise"?

Whoever says after the Athan: "O Allah, Lord of this perfect call and the prayer to be offered, grant Muhammad Al-Wasilah and Al-Fadhilah, and raise him to the praised station which You promised him," will be granted the intercession of the Prophet (peace be upon him) on the Day of Resurrection. The perfect call is the call to monotheism (Tawhid), and the prayer to be offered is the prayer that has been called to. Al-Wasilah is a high status in Paradise, and Al-Fadhilah is the superior rank granted to the Prophet over all other creation. The praised station (Al-Maqam Al-Mahmud) is his great intercession on the Day of Resurrection, which Allah Almighty promised in His saying: "It may be that your Lord will raise you to a station of praise."
