Where was the Prophet Moses (peace be upon him) when he was sent, and are the Children of Israel Arabs or non-Arabs?

Allah revealed to Musa (peace be upon him) and sent him when he descended into the sacred valley of Tuwa, upon his return from Madyan to Egypt. Allah Almighty says: "And has the story of Moses reached you? When he saw a fire and said to his family, 'Stay here; indeed, I have perceived a fire; perhaps I can bring you from it a burning brand or find at the fire guidance.' And when he came to it, he was called, 'O Moses, indeed I am your Lord, so remove your sandals. Indeed, you are in the sacred valley of Tuwa. And I have chosen you, so listen to what is revealed [to you].'" As for the Children of Israel, they are the descendants of Isaac, son of Abraham (peace be upon them both), and they are not Arabs.
