Is it forbidden to add drawings of birds or children to designed images, especially if the images are not drawn by the designer but rather taken from the internet?

Images captured by camera or video are subject to a difference of opinion among scholars regarding their permissibility. The preponderant view is that they are permissible, as long as they do not contain anything that would render them forbidden, such as being of a woman who is immodestly adorned (mutabarrijah) or for the purpose of glorification. As for drawing by hand, its ruling is mentioned in Fatwa no. 103003.
