Is it permissible to perform Fajr, Dhuhr, and Asr prayers at work, and Maghrib and Isha prayers at home due to work circumstances?

It is obligatory upon a Muslim to perform prayers on time, in congregation, in the mosque. If one delays Maghrib prayer beyond its time to combine it with Isha at home without a valid excuse, this is a grave error and a serious wrong, considered among the major sins. If one prays each prayer at home individually, despite being able to go to the mosque, one incurs sin by doing so, as the preponderant opinion is that congregational prayer is an individual obligation (fard ayn) upon adult, capable men. However, if one prays in congregation at home, this is permissible according to many scholars, even though one misses out on the virtue of the mosque.
