Is the death of a groom, by stabbing and hanging in his home, and being buried in his blood without being washed, considered among the degrees of martyrdom?

The ruling that a person is a martyr depends on the existence of a religious text indicating it. So, whoever is unjustly killed while defending his family, or his honor, or his property, or himself, is a martyr, based on the saying of the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him: "Whoever is killed defending his property is a martyr, whoever is killed defending his family is a martyr, whoever is killed defending his religion is a martyr, and whoever is killed defending his life is a martyr." Some scholars hold the view that whoever is unjustly killed in these situations should not be prayed over, nor washed, nor shrouded, but rather buried in his clothes.
