What are the wife's rights regarding the dowry (Qimah), the pre-nuptial gift (Shabakah), and the deferred dowry (Mu'akhar) after her third divorce, and her refusal to return to her husband unless he agrees to her working, and her saying words that angered her husband and his family?

If you divorced your wife and did not take her back during her waiting period (iddah), and you did not stipulate that she waive any of her rights, then she is entitled to her full mahr (dowry), including the shabaka (engagement jewelry) and the list of movables.

However, if you divorced her with less than three pronouncements, then took her back during her waiting period, and now wish to divorce her again due to her disobedience, this is permissible on condition that she waives something from her rights, such as the mahr or part of it.

It is advisable to reconcile with your wife and strive to amend her conduct through legitimate means, if you have not divorced her three times. If that proves ineffective, then divorce is the last resort.
