Is Al-Sham the quiver of the Messenger of Allah, may Allah bless him and grant him peace?

There is no prophetic text that proves the hadith: "Syria is My quiver, so whoever intends evil for it, I shall strike him with an arrow from it." Al-Albani stated that "it has no basis in the Marfu' (a hadith attributed to the Prophet)." It might be from the Isra'iliyyat (tales from Jewish and Christian traditions), and similar meanings are narrated about some prophets, but with a weak chain of transmission. The like of it is also narrated regarding Egypt, and it has no basis in the Marfu'.
