Is a wife who sought divorce, claimed infidelity, and caused harm to her husband and his family considered among those who "disbelieve in the spouse's kindness" (takfur al-'ashir) in Islamic law?

After divorcing your wife and fulfilling her rights, there is no benefit in delving into whether she was wronged or ungrateful to her husband. It is not advisable to supplicate against her, as there is a great reward in patience. Imam Ahmad said: "Supplication is retribution." Forgiving her is better, as Allah Almighty says: "And let them pardon and overlook. Would you not like that Allah should forgive you?" (Quran 24:22). And it increases a servant in honor, as the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, said: "And Allah does not increase a servant who forgives except in honor." Occupy yourself with supplication for righteousness, so that Allah may compensate you with something better. For Allah enriches each from His abundance if they separate, and divorce may be a blessing that removes burdens from the one who divorces.
