Is it permissible to design and sell computer games (without music) designated for smart devices and computers?

The danger of electronic games lies in two aspects: First, their content and design. Software companies bear the responsibility of directing these games towards instilling positive values and developing skills, and moving away from violence and bad morals, with the importance of integrating Islamic values into them. The second aspect relates to the method of use, and the necessity of guiding players and parents towards optimal use that achieves benefit and avoids health and psychological harms, and limits excessive indulgence in them.
