What is the ruling on one who seizes the largest portion of an inheritance by force, then registers it in the names of his daughters, and compels his brother to be a witness to that?

The usurper should be reminded of Allah and of the obligation to return the inheritance to its rightful heirs. If he insists [on withholding it], the matter should be referred to the Sharia courts. It is not permissible for a Muslim to bear witness to the usurper transferring the usurped wealth to anyone, for the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, said: "Indeed, I do not bear witness to injustice."
