What is the authenticity of the hadith: "Renounce the world and Allah will love you; renounce what people possess and people will love you"? And what is the authenticity of the hadith: "The world is cursed"?

The first Hadith: "Be ascetic in the world, and Allah will love you. Be ascetic in what people possess, and people will love you." (A حسن -hasan- Hadith, authenticated by Al-Albani).

The second Hadith: "The world is cursed, and cursed is what is in it, except for the remembrance of Allah and what follows it, or a scholar, or a student of knowledge." (A حسن -hasan- Hadith, authenticated by Al-Albani).
