Is Friday prayer obligatory for nomadic Bedouins if their number exceeds twenty men, and they settle in one place for four months in the summer, then depart in search of pasture in the spring?

The majority of scholars stipulate for the validity of the Friday prayer the existence of an established village where its inhabitants reside for most of the year. It is not obligatory for those living in tents and Bedouin dwellings (nomads) because these are not typically set up for permanent settlement, and the prayer is not valid if performed by them. However, if the Bedouins are settled in a place from which they can hear the call to the Friday prayer from a nearby village, then they are obliged to go to it. Some scholars have held the view that it is valid for Bedouin people to perform it.
