The answer

The inheritance is divided in the presence of a mother, a full brother, and sons of full brothers as follows: The mother receives one-third, based on the Almighty's saying: (But if he had no child and his parents inherited him, then for his mother is one third). The remainder goes to the full brother, based on the Prophet's (peace be upon him) saying: (Give the Fara’id (prescribed shares of inheritance) to those who are entitled to them; then whatever remains is for the closest male relative). The sons of full brothers receive nothing, as they are completely excluded by the full brother. Thus, the inheritance is divided into three shares: one share for the mother and two shares for the full brother.
