Is making a model of the Kaaba for children to circumambulate, with the intention of teaching them the rituals of Hajj and Tawaf, impermissible (haram) or permissible (halal)?

The aforementioned act is not permissible, and it is obligatory to close its door and prevent it, because it leads to evils and prohibitions, as decided by the Islamic Fiqh Academy. Sheikh Ibn Uthaymeen said that it should not be allowed at all, and that it may turn acts of worship into mere rituals and movements without any heartfelt impact.
