Can Satan interfere with dreams, despite the soul being in God's grasp? How does that happen, and what if a person sleeps having performed ablution, prayed, recited Quran, and remembered God?

Visions are from God, and dreams are from Satan. God has granted Satan the ability to connect with the human soul, to whisper temptations, and to cast disturbing dreams upon a person to grieve them. If a servant sees something that distresses him in his sleep, he should seek refuge in Allah, spit lightly to his left three times, turn over from the side he was lying on, and not tell anyone about it. If he sleeps in a state of purity (wudu') and recites the remembrances of sleep, Allah will protect him from what he dislikes in his sleep.
