Is it permissible for a husband who has a "sexual fetish" for long nails to ask his wife to grow her nails to adorn herself for him?

"Attachment to long nails is a sexual obsession, a psychological disorder, and a deviation from the natural human disposition (fitra), as it contradicts the Sunnah which commanded nail trimming and considered it part of the fitra. This is based on the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, who said: 'The fitra are five - or five things are of the fitra: circumcision, shaving the pubic hair, trimming the nails, plucking the armpit hair, and shortening the mustache.' Therefore, a man should not ask his wife to grow her nails long, and she is not obliged to obey him in this, for obedience is only in what is good and permissible. He should also frequently engage in remembrance of Allah (dhikr) and seek refuge from Satan, and if he needs a psychiatrist, he should consult one."
