Is extreme laziness concerning prayer, feeling no guilt when missing it, and hating the hijab and desiring to abandon it, factors of sorcery, or is it merely a natural setback unrelated to sorcery?
We ask Allah to grant you healing and well-being. Know that the suspicion of being afflicted by magic might be an illusion, and it should not be affirmed except with strong evidence. The cure for magic lies in turning to Allah, seeking His help, resorting to Him, relying upon Him, striving diligently in supplication (Du'a), and using the lawful incantations (Ruqyah Shari'ah). You have no excuse for abandoning prayer or delaying it beyond its prescribed time, for intentionally forsaking it is a grave sin. You must repent and maintain your prayers on time, for that is one of the greatest means of healing. Be mindful of the severity of abandoning prayer and the consequences thereof, including Allah's wrath and punishment. Reflect frequently on death and the Afterlife, strive in supplication, and keep company with the righteous. As for the thoughts that occur to you, you are not sinful for them as long as they are mere fleeting thoughts, but beware of indulging in them lest they develop into an action and a sin.
