Is there a specific supplication (du'a) or remembrance (dhikr) after the iqama and before the prayer?

There is no specific supplication or remembrance mentioned in the Sunnah between the iqamah and the takbirat al-ihram, other than the imam's command to straighten the rows. Many scholars view it as desirable to send blessings upon the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, and to ask for al-Wasilah for him after the iqamah. There is disagreement regarding the permissibility of general supplication after the iqamah and before the takbirat al-ihram.
