What are the means that assist in enjoining good and forbidding evil, and how is repudiation carried out when going to pray or when riding a taxi for a short time?

Changing evil has many means, among them patience, knowledge, behavioral da'wah, gifting religious books and tapes, visits, and a cheerful countenance. Changing evil is done in three stages: by hand, then by tongue, then by heart, which is the weakest of faith. For the prohibition of evil to be obligatory, it is stipulated that: it must be something forbidden by the Lawgiver, it must be established and manifest without spying, and it must not be among matters of permissible disagreement. If these conditions are met, then it is obligatory to change evil by hand or tongue if there is a fear of it being missed and it causes harm, otherwise, prayer is more deserving. As for changing evil by heart, it does not conflict with prayer.
