Does expressing or relaying visions related to the birth or emergence of the Mahdi cause discord among people, and would the one who expresses or relays them be complicit in this discord? What is the advice for someone who does this?

Interpreting dreams is permissible for those who possess knowledge of them. However, for someone who lacks expertise and skill in their interpretation, it is not permissible, as Imam Malik said: "Only one who is proficient in interpreting dreams should do so." Therefore, anyone who does not have knowledge of the principles of interpretation from the Qur'an, Sunnah, and the speech of Arabs, or who interprets them merely by looking into books of interpretation, is not allowed to interpret them. This is because doing so might fall under falsehood, and because dreams differ according to individuals, circumstances, and times.
