Is the emission of drops of urine for 30 minutes after every urination considered urinary incontinence?

1 min readAlso available in العربية

Urinary incontinence ( سلس البول ) is its continuity such that it does not stop for a sufficient period for purification ( taharah ) and prayer, and its owner is permitted to avail of the dispensations ( rukhsah ). However, if the urine stops for a period sufficient for purification and prayer, the person is not considered to have incontinence, and their ruling is that of a healthy person. And whoever's urine stops after 30 minutes from urinating is not considered to have incontinence.
