Is it permissible for a girl to wear a ring in her nose or any other part of her body by piercing it, with evidence from the Qur'an or Hadith?

Scholars have differed on the piercing of a female's ear for wearing earrings, holding two opinions: Some Shafi'is deemed it impermissible, arguing that it is a torment without benefit and a painful wound not necessitated by an important need. The second opinion is permissibility, held by the Hanafis, Shafi'is, Malikis, and Hanbalis. They cited that the Prophet (peace be upon him) did not forbid it despite his knowledge of it, and that it offers benefit and adornment for women. This latter opinion is the preponderant one. As for piercing the nose for wearing a nose ring, it is permissible if it is a customary adornment among Muslim women, provided no harm results. However, it is not permissible if it involves imitating disbelievers or pagan rituals.
