Is Moses, upon him be peace, the only one who received God's love and care, as stated in His words: "And I cast upon you love from Me, and that you be made under My eye," or can others attain this status, and how can one achieve it?

The interpretation of the Almighty's saying: ﴿And I cast upon you love from Me, and that you would be made under My eye﴾ to His Messenger Moses, peace be upon him, means that Allah loved him and made whoever saw him love him, and that this upbringing was under Allah's protection and care.

This love is not exclusive to Moses, but rather encompasses the prophets more generally. Believers can also attain a portion of it through their righteous deeds, for Allah the Almighty said: ﴿Indeed, those who have believed and done righteous deeds - the Most Merciful will appoint for them affection.﴾

And Muslim narrated in his Sahih that when Allah loves a servant, He calls Jibreel and informs him of His love, then He proclaims in the heavens and the inhabitants of the heavens love him, then acceptance is placed for him on earth.

The path to achieving this love is to do what Allah loves and abandon what He dislikes. The Quran and Sunnah are replete with mentions of those whom Allah loves among His servants, and what He loves of their deeds, sayings, and manners.
