Does an imprisoned father, due to sexually abusing his children, inherit from them if they die before him, and does he have any of the father's rights?

This father should be advised and reminded of Allah. If advice does not work, he must be severely punished. This wrongdoing does not negate his right to filial piety, kindness, and maintaining ties, though utmost caution must be exercised in dealing with him, avoiding being alone with him. He has the right to inherit from his children. One should frequently supplicate for his guidance and repentance.
