Is it permissible to adopt the fatwa that daily secretions do not invalidate ablution, especially in times of necessity or hardship, and is this considered following concessions?

Vaginal discharges invalidate ablution, and there is near consensus among scholars on this. The view that they do not invalidate it is an innovation. However, if they are continuous, it is permissible to adopt the Maliki view that they do not invalidate ablution, by analogy with the person afflicted with urinary incontinence. This is a strong opinion, and there is no harm in taking advantage of this concession out of necessity. It is permissible to adopt some concessions out of necessity, and this is not among the blameworthy types of concessions.
