What is the ruling on a married man with two wives traveling with one of them and leaving the other for a long period without her consent?

The husband must be just among his wives in the division (of nights/time). The wife's right to division is forfeited in case of her defiance (nushooz). Among the acts of defiance is her refusal to travel with her husband wherever he wishes, provided the route is safe. Her right to division is forfeited under two conditions: that she has not stipulated in the marriage contract that she not be taken out of her country, and that he has paid her dower in full.
