What is the ruling on shaving pubic hair when there are slight remnants?

Shaving the pubic hair is a Sunnah by consensus, and the Sunnah is to shave all pubic hair. Whoever leaves a part of it without an excuse has contravened what is required of him, but he does not sin, because he has not abandoned an obligation.
