Does the Hadith "As you condemn, so shall you be condemned" mean that whoever commits zina will have zina committed against his family, even if he repents and performs Hajj, and who are the family members meant in the Hadith?

"As you condemn, so shall you be condemned" is a weak hadith. However, the principle "recompense is of the same nature as the deed" is established by religious texts. The threat of punishment does not necessarily have to materialize, for Allah may forgive those who commit indecency, especially if they repent.
