Does someone who committed sodomy with a consenting adolescent—knowing that his parents were negligent and divorced—owe his parents a right after repenting to Allah?

The separation of parents does not nullify their rights over their child, nor does it nullify the child's right to their care. The consent of a minor who has not reached puberty for an action is not considered valid. Sincere repentance and self-concealment are obligatory, as is seeking forgiveness from those whose son was wronged, before it is too late. Some scholars are of the view that seeking forgiveness should be done generally, not in detail, to avoid problems.
