Is there a relationship between mastering the recitation of the Holy Qur’an and speaking English fluently?

There is no connection between mastering the recitation of the Holy Quran and mastering the English language or other languages. Many Quranic memorizers do not know English, while others are proficient in it. Zayd ibn Thabit, may Allah be pleased with him, was one of the great reciters and was proficient in the Syriac language. This indicates the possibility of combining mastery of the Quran with mastery of languages. In the current era, there are many Quranic memorizers who speak foreign languages fluently.
