Which is better: teaching the Qur’an and its interpretation to non-Arabic speakers, or memorizing the Holy Qur’an, given that combining them is not possible?

Learning, teaching, and memorizing the Quran are among the greatest acts in terms of reward. We do not advise abandoning teaching people and dedicating oneself solely to memorization unless there is someone else who can undertake this great work, so that this good deed does not cease. If you do not find someone to perform this obligation, then you must balance memorization and teaching, as teaching what you have memorized helps with revision and retention. If you find someone who can take on your work, then dedicating oneself to seeking knowledge, completing the memorization of the Quran, perfecting its tajweed, learning the religious sciences, and then teaching that to people is better. The important thing is that good deeds and teaching people do not cease.
