Is it permissible to use oily serum to thicken sparse eyebrows and lengthen eyelashes?

There is no objection to using pure oils or substances to lengthen eyelashes and thicken eyebrows. This is not considered the blameworthy altering of Allah's creation. However, any substances that prevent water from reaching the eyelashes and eyebrows must be removed when performing the obligatory purification.
