Is it permissible to work for delivery applications in violation of the vehicle's type and model conditions, and is the money earned from that unlawful?

The agreed-upon conditions with the company must be fulfilled, based on the Almighty's saying: ﴿O YOU WHO HAVE BELIEVED, FULFILL [YOUR] CONTRACTS﴾, and the Prophet's (peace be upon him) saying: "Muslims are bound by their conditions." Violating this constitutes impermissible lying and deception, based on the Prophet's (peace be upon him) saying: "Beware of lying," and "Whoever deceives is not of me." The money earned is lawful in return for effort and work, along with the obligation to repent from lying and deception, which is done by adhering to the conditions or informing the company of the current situation.
